Definitely. We are being denied our revolting Freddie I want Roy and Elizabeth to resume their shenanigans so Freddie can resume putting Roy in his peasant place

I don't like him but I don't want him to leave. This story hasn't nearly played out yet. There is so much more agony potential.

He doesn't care as long as it doesn't cost him any money.

Never could keep it in his pants, could Brian. The sleaze. There's barely a filly in the village he hasn't tried to bed.

I'm sure that's how we're meant to think of Helen. But my problem with her is, to me, she comes off as ruthlessly self-centred. She was determined to be with Greg, and she dragged on with the relationship even though he was clearly utterly miserable. She was determined to have a baby, so she had a baby. And then she was stupidly, selfishly determined to have Rob, and pursued him single-mindedly. She's practically delusional about him, because she's persuaded herself he can give her the perfect family life she wants, regardless of any evidence to the contrary, and what Helen wants, Helen gets.

So now she's about to realise sometimes you should be careful what you wish for. And it's a great story, really well set-up, and I loathe Rob, and I'm sure it'll be awful when it all starts to collapse around her ears, but right now I don't actually feel sorry for Helen at all. Architect of her own undoing. Harsh maybe, but she would have him.

So love this thread I want the, , Roy / Elizabeth affair to come out. I want to see the reaction by the rest of the Archer family. In the end though I want Roy and Hayley to get back together

saint shula will be surprised, kenton will probably think the saucy minx, life in the old dog yet.

Just caught yesterday's episode and wondered if anyone else noticed Roy virtually purring when Elizabeth rang him Jeez I thought he was all sorry for hurting Hayley and really wanted to get back with her. Elizabeth was like steel though, there seems no way she is getting back with him so all we have to look forward to is everyone finding out and Elizabeth's subsequent humiliation. Oh and of course Freddie continuing his reign of terror

I think it was ridiculous of David not to tell his Mum about Elizabeth or at least let Elizabeth know. David treats his mum like this delicate fragile being but she's tougher than him in truth.

Doesn't Shula know I'm pretty sure Elizabeth spilled the beans and Shula was very Christian about it

I think it's funny the way Jennifer and Susan Carter are both such snobs, but coming from completely different backgrounds. I love the way Jennifer is so uncomfortable about being related to Susan through Alice, and Susan seems oblivious to that.

Yes, will she be cross with Elizabeth or understanding and forgiving?

She'll be more worried about Elizabeth than anything else - doesn't Lizzie have some sort of heart problem?

Jenny and Susan are both really snobbish aren't they? I loved it when Jen offered Susan her old cupboards when she had the new kitchen

Well as Shula pointed out, she'd been there herself.
Her knicker elastic was tried and tested as a young woman

Dan is spoiled, he's certainly been cosseted and led a very comfortable life, he simply isn't obnoxious with it.

He pretty much did!

I rather like him these days, he's come through his rampaging shagger image and now he's just amusing. He was very funny over the kitchen and I love how he's been with Jennifer over her inheritance.
I also love that her calls her darling so much.
Perhaps he really loves her!

She'll be supportive most likely, Lizzie gets away with everything since Nigel took his tumble.

I always have a little sympathy with people caught out like this.
People seem to have an out of body (and mind) experience and then come crashing down with an almighty bump causing terrible trauma.

I don't want Roy or Mike to leave. I love Mike and Roy's character and family has potential

Is Peggy going to tell Jill about Elizabeth and Roy?

I recon she will. She's a meddling old biddy.
