Perhaps Rob will get injured on the hunt
![]() Nice bit of paralysis, undignified. He then gets wheeled around to Peggy's every day where she provides him with morale-boosting sermons for hours ![]() ![]() Actually, I like the idea if Rob becoming disabled and dependent on Helen, but only after she's come to her senses and realises he's an abusive, controlling sociopath. Then she can spend the next 29 years getting her own back. |

Charlie seemed to be of the opinion that the dog (or parts thereof) had somehow got caught in the forage harvester and thus ended up in the silage. I guess a decomposing animal in silage would make the cows ill when they ate it.
This doesn't ring true imo. A forage harvester chops grass etc up and discharges it down a chute, and then it goes into a silage clamp. I can't see how a dog's pelvis and hind leg can still be intact after going through a forage harvester and not block it or even break the harvester. I bet there are people (not me!) who write in with observations like this... driving the agricultural editor to alcoholism! |

I think Rob found the body after he flounced out of his job at Berrow Farm and thought "This will come in handy". |

I did feel sorry for Charlie last night, being abused by the village idiots in the bull.

Rob Titchener(?) - The Dye was Cast!
I would hate to say, "Told ya so! " to the far more knowledgeable Archers Fans on here than Yours Truly, but ... Could everyone else see what was coming with evil control freak Rob, even as far back as when he first arrived in Ambridge with Jess? I remembered thinking at the time that there was a domestic violence storyline in his future. Jess is well out of it! Helen (and Henry!) need to get as far away from him as possible, or he needs to get some comeuppance soon! ![]() I despise blokes like Rob!

Me too. I am inclined to think he found the remains in a ditch somewhere and deliberately used it to poison the cows. I wonder if the 'remains' include the microchip, if Scruff was chipped?

Haha David last night practically begging Ruth to leave the housework and cooking to him and the kids.
He even packed her off on a night out with Usha... probably so he could tackle the kitchen with weapons-grade bleach and wire wool. Hey presto tonight, Jill's return to Brookfield being officially considered! |

It'll be like her best Christmas present has come early. I'm finding Jill a bit spooky lately - what deal must she have done with the devil to have Ruth longing for her return less than a month after Heatherpet's death? Whatever Jill's been up to has upset old Julia Pargeter too... I can't believe Linda's really going to put on Calendar Girls, or that so many people are seriously considering being in it Thank goodness it's radio eh

Then a few hours of Henry 'taking Daddy for a wheel' in the duckpond, and then a bedbath from a stern and thick-set district nurse called Marlene, who has a skin complaint. |

She turned one down as she didn't want to play a 60 year old - not sure if that one involved nudity. She seemed quite interested in one of the stripping roles and I reckon Lynda could flatter her into taking that one. After her triumph in last year's production daft Susan probably thinks Melvyn Bragg will want an interview if she bares all this year.

Susan Carter makes me feel a bit queasy at the best of times, so those innuendo laden chats with Linda were not easy to listen to
![]() Are all those Ambridge ladies really going to bare all in front of Joe Grundy, Robert Snell, the Fairbrother boys and all? And then face them in the village afterwards? I bet ticket sales will go through the roof - even Brian will be desperate to go. And if Charlie accepts a part so will Adam. |

I hope they haven't brought Kirsty back just so she can "rescue" Helen. And I hope she doesn't get back with Tom. Maybe she can have the spare Fairbrother brother. And Tom can be racked with jealousy. |

Charlie: "You really are one of a kind Adam Macy"
Not really, Charlie. There are loads of cheating scumbags around. |

Not really, Charlie. There are loads of cheating scumbags around. I thought I'd misheard when Charlie said that. He obviously doesn't know the half of it when it comes to dirty dog Adam. I'm beginning to think these two are never going to get together Despite the fact that they seem to hero worship each other it seems they might just become best buddies. I am disappointed
