New mum Tess Daly is supposed to be returning to the show but the series is now past it's halfway point and Natasha is still co-hosting. I thought that when they brought in the Kaplinsky it would only be for the first four shows [half the series]. When do you think that Tess will return to the Live shows. Might she be back this Saturday Nov 20th from Blackpool or do you think it'll be Nov 27th or Dec 4th or the Grand Finale from Blackpool on Dec 11th?

Tess according to a magazine interview last week said she would be back for Blackpool on 20th November. But at end of last nights show Natasha said bout looking forward to Blackpool next week. So unless the 3 of them are going to present its not looking like next week. There soon wont be any point as were half way through.

I think Natasha Kaplinsky does a far better job anyway, someone who has the experience of performing on the show can have a better conversation with the celebrities after they dance.

And would the BBC dare tell their new golden girl to make way for Tess Daly now?

Yeah i love Natasha presenting it too. Will be interesting to see what happens. I know Natasha was just meant to be covering for Tess but it does seem abit unfair now that were half way through and further by next Sat that she should be dropped to make room for Tess again.

I've just heard Bruce on radio 2 say she will be back the week after next.
Haven't seen too much of this come dancing but surely Natasha is better than Tess - Tess is bloody awful

I think both Tess and Natasha are bloody awful! Give me Gaby Roslin or Kate Thornton any day.

But Natasha allegedly didn't want this gig anyway (for various reasons, some fairly obvious) so I'm sure she'll be glad to get away from it.

GOOD!!! Natasha is so so so up herself, did anyone see her face on Children in Need last night when Terry made a comment about news readers being bad dancers, it was a picture.

Every 5 minutes she's like "yes I remember when I was on last time" yawn!!! give it a rest.

Seems strange that both Brendan and Natasha won't be there next week, that's put an end to them thinking they rule the show!

If they want to get rid of anyone, they should get rid of Bruce Forsyth. He cut the judges comments short tonight in order to snatch time for his excruciatingly unfunny jokes. And as for the nauseating hip swivels he did to the women in the balcony area... bleleeeearrch.

Yeah ive really enjoyed Natasha presenting. Seems weird Tess coming back for 3 shows when shes not been there to see whats been going on! Not that i'm saying she hasnt been keeping up to date with it.

Ahh, the pleasures of taping SCD - you get to FF through all of Brucie's bits and just concentrate on the dancing, which was completely fab last night.

This plan works best if you remember to record the results show as well. I cocked up on that front so had to find out about the much-maligned Sarah and evil Brendan's exit online. Still, I am glad I recorded the main programme, I was able to rewatch and marvel at Jill's perfect performance

Poor old Brucie, he knows he's lost it, you can see it in his eyes. But you've got let him finish with a bit of dignity, otherwise it'll haunt us. Just think of who they might get in to replace him, I fear someone like Eammon Holmes

I normally don't have a problem with Bruce, but even I was a bit sick of him on Saturday. But does he write that drivel, or should we be sacking the scriptwriters??

The Blackpool crowd certainly didn't warm to the jokes...

Bruce does my head in. On Saturday both Len and Bruno were cut off from speaking but Bruce went on for ages - what's all that about?

Actually the sound was so lousy for us in the crowd at Blackpool that we couldn't hear half of what Bruce and the judges were saying!

Oh, good!

A new show with Tess! Yay!

Is it a show where the female presenter swims with a dozen crazed sharks and pops her flippers? And the male presenter resigns (as IF) out of respect to her grieving (t0sser) husband?

Looking forward to it!
