For god sake, we have been waiting for ages, she has promoted this song way too early, no one will buy it now as it has become ingrained into our minds long before it is even released. I mean come on, at least make it available for download, I think it would be a great work out track for the gym.

How'd u think I feel when U call my name, U got me confused by the way I change, How'd u think I feel when u call my name, my name, say my name baby.

Blah. It's not like it deserves #1 or anything...

And you know this how? With the backlash after her terrible performance at the concert I have my doubts.
What happened to the new idea that as soon as you heard a song on the radio you could download it? Thing is, everyone has had time to rip it off Youtube and wont bother paying for it......not that I would as it is only an average song that not even Calvin could rescue.

hmm i'm oretty sure it will get #1.
It was released at midnight in Ireland and the single is already at #6 whilst the EP is at #1. By 3pm the single should be at #1

I predict the same trend for us on Sunday

The pre-order EP has been in the Top 20 albums on iTunes for the past 3 weeks, and thats probably enough sales alone to get it number one.

People will buy it, but it won't be number one for long.

iTunes album chart sales are a very small fraction of the market. I wouldn't be so sure about the number 1, Flo Rida is so strong right now.

Cheryl took over Flo Rida on iTunes in Ireland.

I predict number 1

Do the official lyrics actually substitute "You" with "U" or are you just been stupid?

It's released on Sunday.

It's been released on Irish iTunes and the Call My Name (just the song) is #1 on the chart and the Call My Name EP is #1 as well.

Debuting new material weeks in advance is definitely the way forward. This on air on sale method is rubbish and ends up with woulda been hits flopping. Tulisa did the same with Young and had some of the highest first weeks sales of the year AND it spent a month in the top 10.

People will buy it and it will get to #1. It's pretty much inevitable.

I have a feeling her albums not gonna be nearly as big as her last two as its pre order has only hovered around the bottom 200 on itunes since it became available. 3 Words amd Messy Little Raindrops pre orders were riding high on itunes long before the official releases.

I reckon the combination of no longer being on X Factor and the Jubilee concert showing her vocal ability is rather weak has damaged her solo music popularity.

The X Factor and it being Winter (Xmas sales) pretty much showcased that her debut and follow up would sell no matter what.....but Messy sold much less than 3 Words tbh.

Whereas Cheryl basically has promoted Call My Name enough already prior to release which is good and the way new music should be handeled tbh in marketing!

Also the Jubilee concert had millions watching, what a great way to show her brand off, and all promo is good promo like it or not too tbh.

And i predict the singe will definitely be in the top 10 for a while, its a corker of a summery song tbh! Catchy, commercial, in tune with the Dance trends of today...of course it will be a hit. And the album i expect will sell really well too.

I think the single will indeed so well but I am weary about the album. She really needs to tour it and soon.

I think she will get #1, but it's not set in stone yet, as Flo Rida's new song is selling LOADS, and Calvin Harris's most recent song with Ne-Yo underperformed.

I didn't even know the album could be pre-ordered on iTunes yet. I know lots of her fans have pre-ordered the CD from Universal's website/HMV etc.

Yes it's been available for about a week at least but has never been high always in the bottom 200.

I've just checked and the deluxe is at 70 on pre-orders alone and the standard at 103.

The Call My Name EP is still within the top 20 and has been for weeks and weeks.

Where does it say that? I just looked and neither version of the album is Top 200 right now.
