I say this as:
she doesnt sound great live like e.g. Adele. Beyonce
she doesnt write her own material e.g. Nicki Minaj, Ke$ha, Swift
she doesnt play instruments* e.g. Gaga, Katy Perry
she isnt a particularly good dancer e.g. Madonna, Cheryl

*Or at least doesnt when ive seen her in performances
**I know some names listed do more than just one category ive outlined

Do you guys agree?

Keep it relatively clean guys

I think she is over exposed. I don't have a favorite album either and tend to just have the singles on my ipod. If she ever releases a greatest hits it will be a belter.

In regards to writing her own material I don't think using Ke$ha as an example is really fair.

I like her but don't love her.

Why not? Ke$ha is a songwriter before being a singer. Altho i forgot Rihanna did actually write most of Rated R so 1/7.

No,that goes to Cheryl Cole. At least Rihanna has very good pop albums. Her voice may not be the best but she has a unique tone. You know a rihanna song when you hear it.

There's an accolade they'll probably skip in her next XF intro.

I agree with all these points I don't rate Rihanna at all but I think Cheryl is allot worse.

I actually think Rihanna's singing has impoved a lot, she pulls off that big note in Where have you been very well live.

I guess she's not the most talented female singer out there, but I don't mind her. Her voice is certainly very distinctive, and she has some good songs.

1) Yeah, she's not like Adele, Beyonce, Leona in the vocal department but she's definitely improved vocally in the last few years when performing live. Examples: LTWYL on the Loud tour, California King Bed on American Idol, Russian Roulette. Also, she has quite a unique tone to her voice imo that makes her stand out.

2) She co-wrote a lot of Rated R and has a few co-writes on Talk That Talk so she does write a bit, although we don't know how much contribution she actually has.

3) Doesn't play instruments but she's not the only one not to

4) She's not the best dancer but she has shown she can dance like in the Where Have You Been vid, What's My Name performances. It's not particularly difficult choreography compared to someone like Cheryl but she sings and dances live. She's a better dancer than people like Kesha, Adele (not that we've seen her dance), Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry etc.

She's definitely not as talented as Beyonce but I disagree that she's the least talented woman in pop.

This

Also she has many credits on MOTS and AGLM albums and because she doesn't have credits on every song shows that she does make an appropriate contribution.

It doesn't matter if she can write her own music, have you listened to the lyrics of some of Some mentioned?!! I'd rather someone work with talented songwriters than write shit.

The least talented IS Cheryl Cole.

She isnt awful at many of them she just appears to be average or okay at them all btwi think most people are better dancers than Adele Although only writing 1/7 albums is still pretty bad imo.

Being a songwriter requires much more more talent than just letting others do it for you. Cheryl is definitely a contender and would be close

I like her singles but I've listened to a couple of her albums and there's a lot of filler. I see her as more of a singles artist than album one. Cheryl Cole is probably the least talented.

I'd say Kesha was the least talented. She can sing but her music is autotuned to the max for no reason

I think least talented would be Rihanna, Britney or Cheryl.

This is of course excluding people with small success, Dev etc.

Ke$ha writes her own material and is absolutely electric live.

Chernobyl is definitively the least talented pop star ever.

But would you rather she wrote every song and they were shit or she co wrote some songs and they really good?

She's not autotuned for no reason. As you said, she can sing, so there must be another reason she gets autotuned so much. Her songs like Tik Tok would sound a lot more boring without the vocal effects imo.

She only very rarely co-writes either though

That was the style she wanted for that album (and ep). Her next one will have much less.
