I know in days gone by the final 2 worked for LrdSrAln for the 6 months between December and June before he made the final decision the week before broadcast.

I assume Jade and Nick were fired back in December, and I assume the final decision wasn't made until May to keep everything schtum.

So does nothing inbetween happen at all now? Or do they work with both to develop the plans?

I'd hazard a guess that they both go back to their day jobs while LS deliberates....

They say that LS only decides just before the final/ you're hired is filmed, so as that is at least 6 months (if not more) very few candidates could afford to sit around doing nothing!
