Angel Delight Icecream

Seen this in asda before and brought a twin pack for £1. Its like an instant icecream powder that you mix with 150ml of milk and then you can add anything you want into the mix, it suggests strawberries or marshmallows. I used the vanilla one and added in some crumbled chocolate chip cookies and froze it for 4 hours. It actually has a nice texture with no crystals even without being stirred regularly and it was really nice flavour with the cookie pieces adding a crunchiness to it. It comes in a few other flavours like chocolate, butterscotch and I think strawberry.

Got a packet when they were giving them out free on FB, can't remember where I put it though

Sounds really nice though.

Sounds like a fair bit of effort just for some icecream!
only takes 5 minutes to whisk up with an electric whisk, probably really fun for kids to do.

Angel Delight was never really an ice cream. More of a mousse... then again - more like the German dessert "Pudding"
