For me it's Linkin Park — Hybrid Theory. I love nearly every song on that album.

Thriller. The combination of Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones and Rod Temperton is incredible.

OK, here's my collection of albums no one's ever heard of. I'm not trying to be alternative, I just like music that happens to be very unpopular in the UK.

Glass Tiger - Diamond Sun
Tonic - Head On Straight
Dishwalla - Opaline
The Alarm - Change
Del Amitri - Change Everything
Kurt Nilsen - A Part Of Me
Witness - Under A Sun

Normally I'd get a bit of grief for such choices but with "artists" like Britney Spears and Alexandra Burke having been mentioned I feel relatively safe!

Have you all forgotten one of longest running chart albums of all time then? Dark Side Of The Moon - Pink Floyd. It simply must rank as one the greatest ever.
Its not one of my favorite now but hey. I do like a lot the stuff today but they just don't sell in those numbers any more. Adele being an exception of course.

Stone Roses by Stone Roses. It's just perfect from beginning to end. It's the only album I have had to repurchase more than once through wearing it out.

Also Elastica by Elastica. Best Britpop album by a mile.
