I have been bought a Kobo Touch as a birthday present.

I ordered and paid for one book which showed up on the e-reader almost instantaneously.

Since then I have ordered a second book; I received email confirming receipt of order and payment, but still the book hasn't appeared on my e-reader. I have tried to find out from Kobo why this is, without success.

Would be grateful of any advice. Thank you.
