First of all, I would just express how much Gav has been a fantastic candidate throughout the competition and even though I still haven't had the chance to work with him, I might be able to do so in the next few minutes! However, that being said, I do believe I am the best candidate left in this process. I am hard-working, organised, reliable, an incredible team member - but the most of all, I try my best in every single task I'm delegated, whether this be a task I don't like or would prefer doing, I will do it anyway and to the best of my capability and I think that is the most important thing. At the beginning of the process, I stepped back a little and let others have all the say, however it is increasingly noticeable that I am having my opinion heard more and what is important here is that I am more than willing to learn from my own mistakes. Anoher example of this is the responsibility issue in task five, since then and when appropriate, I take full-responsibility for my actions and don't try and hide away from the blame, which could only benefit me as I learn from it. Also, you want somebody who is articulate and can efficiently write in lengthy detail, which I have pretty much shown, I can ace that and to an excellent standard. You also want somebody who can pitch effectively, which in receiving 15,000 units from Kevin (the highest offer, I must repeat), I hope I have shown this. However and perhaps most importantly, you want somebody who is easy to work with and that is me. I am eager to learn, but at the same time, I am already a very strong candidate and for that alone, I believe I would make a fantastic choice to be your next apprentice.
