Florence Welch. Sometimes I think she sounds good (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g1Q5a9Rvzk8), others it justs sounds like she's wailing.

Jessie J.
Why does she insist on doing that horrible thing with her voice? I don't even know how to describe it but hopefully someone understand what I mean.

Strange thread. Surely anybody's voice will be found annoying by somebody? The more distinctive somebody's voice is, the more annoying they will be to someone who doesn't like them.

I agree! She shouts!

Amy MacDonald sounds like Fozzie Bear.

Definitely Jessie J. She's alright to listen to for a while but her voice quickly becomes grating. I liked Domino earlier in the year but I no longer like it because it was overplayed and her voice is very annoying.

IMO kylie- a competent singer but sometimes sounds too nasal when she sings live. Which is a shame as its obvious she is capable of producing a fuller sounding voice.

I find Ellie Goulding's voice incredibly unbearable to listen to and Duffy's as well

Adele. Yes, she can certainly sing, but her voice really grates on me.

I can't really think of any voice that particularly grates on me but I guess I can't really listen to Kylie's voice for too long, she's just so nasally and it really annoys me. As a singer myself, nasal voices is kind of a pet hate of mine so anyone who sings nasally tbh.

Cher (original not that XF one) and Heather Small both have strong voices but both sound like foghorns to me!
