Who will get the full-time job?
There is still much speculation as to who will be the X Factor judge, along side Gary, Tulisa and Louis. Here is who i think are the candidates and their chances of getting the job out of 10.

Dannii Minogue- 7/10
Rita Ora- 8/10
Alicia Keys- 2/10
Nicole Scherzinger- 9/10
Gwen Stefani- 4/10
Anastasia- 8.5/10

Is anyone else in the running? What are their chances?

I think it will be Nicole Scherzinger.. but I don't think she'll last more than a year as she'll be unpopular live. She was awful as a guest judge when I was in the audience in 2010, it's only when she's edited she came across well.

I've been feeling it since the UK/USA panel recruitments since last year

Even when it's announced it's hard to tell who is going to get fired over the auditions process.

I love Rita, but I'd rather it not be her as she has a career to focus on, an international career.

I would love to see Leona on the judges seat permanently or Nicole...like them both.

IMO Geri would save X Factor is she was hired.

Otherwise Kelle Bryan should be hired

I agree about Rita. She's also too similar to Tulisa. Leona would be great because she's very different, as is Mel B and Geri.

Nicole was awful in the US and I wouldn't want her cast off to the UK.

Ive got a feeling like last year i wont be to bothered watching XF i hope they get it right. Geri or even Mel B would bring the show back to being great again,

I still think it could easily be Dannii. If it were someone else then they have left it quite late to A) announce it B) use that person at the auditions full time also there is still not one person who is the most tipped to do it, it's like the media still have no idea which unusual at this point.

Dannii could have easily been persuaded in all this time to come back for bootcamp or judges houses.

Only time will tell but I've said this from the very beginning. Apparently her and Kris are trying to make a go of things again. And he's based in the UK at the minute. Couldn't be better for an XF return!
