Does anyone know how to calculate the Slimming World syns in foods? I found something online that said it's just 20 kcals = 1 sin, but that seemed overly high for some foods, and when I checked a few with what's on the packet compared to what's on the slimming world website it didn't work out. Does anyone know an accurate way to calculate syns? I figure it's some calculation of the calories, plus or minus some for fat or sugar?

there is no formula apart from the 20 cal = 1 syn -

it depends on wether it is a healthy extra, superfree, green day, red day etc

if you join and go to group they'll explain to you which products are free and which are how many syns depending on the plan you are following.
