I think the paper is hyporcritical scum and I make no apology. I know plenty of people that read it, many are friends but it does not mean i think any more of the paper just because a certain amount of decent people read it.

Thats fine, I have no problem at all what you feel about the paper, it's the comments that also automatically lump all Sun readers in the same bracket, I am not scum just because I read a certain publication.

Just in case it was my comment which upset you, I have changed it to make it clearer. I meant it is a hooligan as a newspaper, not that anyone who reads it is a hooligan. I used to read it myself. My dad used to read it to, and I quite like him.

I know its all for the football and i have no problem with supporting England, but i think it is actually quite rude and disrespectful towards the French to go into their capital and project our flag on their national landmarks.
