Hmmm... I'm not sure about it to be honest. Obviously it's still a bit early to make a full assessment, but it just seems a bit samey to the others. Why are the Covenant an enemy? Moreso "Elites", why are they now an enemy after forming a truce in Halo 2   And this "ancient evil" just looks like "the Flood" in robot form. If the game just consists of fighting 'robot-flood' level after level (yes I know it's a FPS and no different to fighting terrorist insurgents a la CoD stylee level after level) then I'm probably going to tire of the campaign very quickly. Plus, the inclusion of "Elites" within the game, probably means "energy swords" being available in multiplayer. Thus meaning, idiots still running around getting one-strike kills. Ooooh... skillfull  The 'transformer' style weapons look interesting though. |
