Hey Guys!

I'm in the middle of losing weight, I lost a few stones!
But I think I ate too much today?

For breakfast - 2 Croissants & Tea
Gym - Treadmill - Lost 222 Calories
Lunch - 1 Ham and Cheese Panini toastie & Tea
For dinner, I'm probably going to eat a small bowl of cornflakes

I felt a bit full after the panini, will I get fat again?
I'm planning to go to the gym again tomorrow!

thanks in advance!

Sounds like a terribly unhealthy diet for anyone, let alone someone who is trying to lose weight. Croissants are loaded with calories. As is the cheese panini. A bowl of cornflakes is not a balanced meal. Where is the fresh fruit and veg? Where is the protein? How have you managed to lose any weight at all eating like this?
whoever,hey

Thats not a balanced diet. Diets are not starving yourself, they are giving your body what it needs.

I'm sure 1 splurge day will not effect your weekly loss too much, if at all. If it does it will probably only be a 1lb gain, and you an just work harder next week to lose it.

To be fair you can eat what you want (within reason) if you do enough exercise to burn it off. I was on holiday for 2 weeks and during those 2 weeks I drank alcohol everyday and went out for 4 'all you can eat' meals (and I can eat a lot!!). Some days I probably consumed close to 10,000 calories. I'm not worried about it though as I will burn off any excess in the gym! However looking healthy and being healthy are 2 very different things! If you want to loose bodyfat, you should try and build up some muscle in the gym by doing some resistance training too, it speeds up your metabolism and will make everything a lot firmer. Don't worry about 1 day.

10,000 calories is dangerously big,
it will take hours of hard work to burn that all of, as you have to burn more than you consume!

I don't mind putting hours of hard work in though!! When you carry a lot of muscle mass, you have a very fast metabolism anyway. I eat around 5000 kcals a day just to maintain.

222 calories is about 2/3 of one croissant.

2 croissants and tea - tea is fine, croissants are a treat, white flour, no nutritional benefit

Ham and cheese panini, again lots of white flour and cheese fat (although I do believe dairy is good for you)

Cornflakes for dinner? processed bakerd rubbish with added white sugar.

Try eating more healthy foods, eg wholemeal and wholegrains, lots of fruit and veggies

Reduce the amount of cheese-intake. Cut 2 crossants to 1. Your current diet has a lot of carb which will convert sugar easily which translate into fat.
