Can't play video on my laptop and xbox 360 through services like youtube and netflix

I don't know if I'm posting this in the right place but I hope someone here can help me. Everytime I use the internet to watch video, the videos buffer every few minutes. It's not a problem with my laptop as it does it on my xbox 360 too. It started a week ago, I was wondering if anyone knows how i could fix this.

is it on a N network for wi fi ?

try changing your router channel or hardwire

and tell us the speed you connect to the internet at

plus lower the picture quality
