After this thread had a craving for a sausage roll, but as I went near closing time, they looked a little burnt, so opted for a cheese and bean slice.

The sausage rolls have gone up to 87p last time I got one it was 75p.

What is happening with the pasty tax as the slice I got was cold, but they didn't knock anything off the price.

Before they did not have to pay tax but now they do.

A couple of years ago Greggs tried to nationalise their menus by taking out the local specialities but there so so much negative feedback (especially about the dropping of stotties from their North East shops) that they changed their mind.
