Have you seen frozen Greggs bakers pasties in your local "Iceland"?
Only I saw an advert for frozen Greggs steak bakes and cheese & onion pasties in the sun a few days ago but went to my Iceland and they didn't have them stocked. Have you seen them?

Have not tried but I think it would be hard to recreate the Greggs taste from frozen.

Have bought the steak bakes, sausage rolls and toffee apple latices, all of which were good and taste very similar to the shop ones.

I am currently sat in bed with a hangover and have just eaten 2 Greggs sausage rolls hot out of the oven. They were exactly the same as the ones from the shop but only cost £1.50 for 4.
Yum.

I've tried the Sausage and Bean Melts and the Sausage Rolls, very delish, same as what you get in the actual stores, my parents have tried the Steak Bakes and they went down well with them.
I also have a box of those Toffee Apple Lattices in the freezer to try, I'll try them one day soon, anyone had them? they nice?. |
