I'd recommend Girl Meets Pearl from Benefit, you can wear it alone, under foundation, mixed with foundation, as a highlighter, and it's simply lovely Bit on the pricey side though!

Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector. I use Topaz, it is awesome, it's not too much it isn't glittery but a very beautiful glow. You can mix it with foundation or wear on its own. The first time I wore it I got compliments at work. It's expensive but it is in a big tube which will probably last me at least a year if not more.

If you are fair you may prefer the Pearl, it's just as lovely.
