Like I said it came across to me as that was what you were saying - you had said if they don't then they would lose customers which comes across to me as you saying the the company should support them.

I'm surprised many people still use IE. I reckon IE isn't a browser, it's what you use to get a proper browser
I'm (unfortunately) the personal helpdesk to a few of our friends and they were all surfing using IE. One was using AOL on a laptop running Vista on 1GB RAM - ouch! I tried to get her to use Firefox and I even installed it for her. I don't know if she uses it though. I also had to remove Norton Internet Security for her.

I don't know much about computers and am running IE9.
I went onto YouTube yesterday and had a message that it thought I was running IE7 and wanted me to upgrade. I use Yahoo for mail, and it still asks me to upgrade to IE9. Surely there isn't anything I need to do to tell the websites what version of IE I am running? |
