hi guys, basically just asking if theirs a special weekend offer or anything goin on, i have a L package and i am able to view channels i dont have such as certain music and documetary channels? , or is it a fault their end or if they've added channels to the L package?

I'd like to know this too.. We only have M+ package and so should only have viva and 4 music .. yet we also have kiss, magic and the box music channels..

i couldnt tell you what other channels we have that we shouldnt as i dont watch a lot of tv.

Virgin Media have added some channels to the lower TV levels to make them more competitive. See this from another forum:

15th. Virgin Media to move The Box from XL Pack to M+ Pack on Virgin Channel 335.
15th. Virgin Media to move Kiss from L Pack to M+ Pack on Virgin Channel 336.
15th. Virgin Media to move Smash Hits from XL Pack to L Pack on Virgin Channel 337.
15th. Virgin Media to move Magic from L Pack to M+ Pack on Virgin Channel 340.
15th. Virgin Media to move Kerrang! from XL Pack to L Pack on Virgin Channel 342.

TYVM Ernie, Im so glad about this, Magic is my favourite music channel, could listen to all the rubbish countdowns all day

Just found these 'new; channels on my M+ package. Very happy with Virgin right now

Thanks for clearing this up. I thought we had upgraded the package lol! The Box is a pale shadow of what it used to be...how many times is that top 40 repeated a day?
