How to transfer files from old floppy discs to...
...a new OS like Windows 7 or Linux Mint. I have a lot of old files on 1.44 floppies, originally written on a Sharp Fontwriter 20 years ago and need to rework some of them, so need to transfer to a pc or laptop. How can this be done ?

Depending on the format of the files, you may also need to find some way of converting them. Google will give you the answer.
