Asda Price Guarantee Question

I shopped online with Asda earlier this week and yesterday I went online to their Price Guarantee website. I followed the steps and it worked out that I would get a £3 something e-voucher to use. It said it can take up to 7 days to appear in my account.

I'm just wondering where I would find this e-voucher once it's put onto my account? This week is only the second time I've shopped with Asda online, and the first time was a year ago, so I don't really have a clue. I'm assuming it will be in the section My Account-->My E-vouchers, however when I go to this section it just has a box for you to manually input the code of a voucher in order to use it online.

Sorry for the daft question but I'm hoping to get the voucher before my shop next week.

It will show up the next time you do an online shop. When you go through checkout there will be a prompt to add vouchers.

The only thing with it is that it is usually broken down into different amounts eg 1p or 2p. You need to make sure you click on them all.

I have been doing this for a while now and can't believe how much I have saved.

I just logged on to add a few more bits to my shop, and when I went to the checkout, there was a link to add e-vouchers, but I still don't have any on my account. I'll check tomorrow. Fingers crossed because my shopping is due to come Wednesday and I'd like to save a few pounds!

If you're still having issues, ring 01132 435 435 during office hours and ask for the APG helpline .

I use it every week and I've had a couple of times where the voucher hasn't been added within the stated 7 days. When that happens, I use the contact form on the website to let them know, and a few days later I have the voucher and/or a goodwill voucher.

p.s. I've also had a couple of times where the voucher has duplicated, so I've had twice as much off.
