Sky Go Problem
I tried to watch Sky TV live yesterday and although I could log in with my My Sky account, every time I tried to watch something, I got an error message to the effect of, 'Apologies viewing has been interrupted, please press play to resume viewing' When I press play, I get the same message.
I've tried it again today and it's just the same. I've tried using Chrome, Firefox and IE to no avail. I'm running W7 64 bit and Silverlight is installed. Anyone else having this problem? |

Try this-
Hi,
I had a Silverlight issue on my PC at work and the CMD file on this page helped me - http://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Using-Sk...-1/td-p/457654 I removed Silverlight using that and installed an old version of Silverlight I found through google for and all was well. Hope that helps! |

Sorry didn't see your reply. In the meantime I've found the solution on the Sky Go forum about deleting SL and reinstalling an older version.
Thanks for your input. |
