How about a nice Sancerre? Or, if red is your preference, Rioja?

*Spell gets jealous as is currently tee-total and against her will *

mmm....rioja appeals to me
it's got a lively reddish colour, well defined on the tongue,
it is velvety and elegant with a powerful lingering aroma
which has good memory and allows you to carry on drinking..
i'll have that when tabby's on

i fancy rich robust red wine, from the abruzzo region of italy
it has layers and layers of ripe berry fruit, cherries and spice
i'll have that when rowetta's on

wonder what i can have when cassie is on
if she is on last, i'm worried it might go flat

Rioja mmmmmmmmmmmmm!

I usually wander down the wine aisle at Tescos on a Saturday morning and see what takes my fancy.

my anti-x-factor flatmate has just suggested rose d'anjou
it's an appealing salmon pink colour,
followed by light strawberry and red cherry fruit.
it is gently sweet, soft and slips down easily..
i'll have that when g4's on

Life is such an intoxicating substance who has need of alchohol, breathe in the heady aroma of a spring shower, drink deep the sunset and be there for the first sips of the sunrise.
