Does Alice Levine even like Big Brother?

Ok, first of all I absolutely love Alice Levine but she never seems to know much about the housemates, or what's going on? She seems to be a much better presenter, and more in her element in her MTV showreel...

When this was on the digital spy website before Brian was announced as the host people wanted Alice to present it.

I think she's a great presenter. I do enjoy her sarcastic style, but it won't be for everyone.

To answer your original question, I believe she's a big fan of the show as are all of the presenters on BOTS. Jamie revealed she loved the live feed too on one of the episodes last week.

She seems like to like BB more than George Lamb ever did but that's not difficult

Don't get me wrong. I think she's great too... There's just something missing from the weekend shows, they never seem to be as interesting as the weekday ones which is a real shame, I was also a real fan of the Gameshow which again is a shame that it was axed.

I'm sure she's a fan but her presenter skills are lacking.

I quite liked the gameshow too. Maybe it could come back in a shorter cutdown form as I think having the whole show devoted to it was a bit much and some of the rounds were poor (especially the round with Carole in).

But the show seems more grown up this year and the psychology stuff on Sundays could be interesting. That said, I didn't much rate the bloke they had on last week. I could have gone into greater depth than he did and I'm no expert!

The only BB presenter I doubt is a fan is Jamie. On HM while BB was on C4 I'm sure he slated the show.

That would be Emma Willis.

Seriously though, I find her annoying. it's like she's trying too hard to be witty. She reminds me of that Katie Puckrick [I think that's how it's spelt] that used to be on The Word. Annoying and nowhere near as funny or clever as she thinks she is.

I think she is a charming presenter who is quick-witted and interesting. She is definitely a fan of the show. I also find her very attractive. My kind of woman.

The personality of the show does not suit her presenting style.

Does anyone else think she's trying to be Jennifer Saunders?.

Same accent, same delivery, same timing and same blank look at the camera.

I don't know much about her outside of this presenting job , but I just think its her way of presenting. She's not stupidly excitable like Davina or Emma over a kiss, and thats what I like about her. Emma starts jumping up and down, and almost hyperventilating like a moron when someone kisses. Whereas Alice is laid back cool and not particularly interested in those interactions.

I disagree 100% with your assessment as I cant understand why she was given that job in the first place - the weekend shows are painful to watch.

Perhaps its my age but I see no qualities in her at all.

I would say different, not lacking. She's not for everyone but I rather like the difference between her and Emma.

Emma is sweet and warm and wants to please, Alice isn't Personally, I liked it, just for the weekends though.

Alice has improved this series, but that is mainly due to the maturing of the BBBOTS format, which has made her delivery more mainstream.

I think she also suits 5*'s demographic, which competes with E4 and ITV2 aimed at younger adults, which is why she presents the weekend 5* only editions.

I thought that was because Emma Willis had it in her contract she would not work weekends? I like Alice actually think her quite beautufil, but the weekend BOTS's are never as good as the one in the week.

That is the case. There's obviously enough people that like Alice and the producers must like her too, hence why she's still there unlike that Zeezee or whatever her name was that presented BBLB

It took me a while to warm to her last series. But shes doing fine now and its refreshing to have her on at the weekend.

Also good bit of eye candy to she is pretty and with her bright red hair oozes sex appeal .

I believe that she does like BB.....it's just that she likes the sound of her own voice more.

She is awful , i doubt she would care if BB ended as long as another job was available for her. She annoys the hell out of me , she is constantly sarcastic and gets to a point where enough is enough , it's not funny so stop trying to push it on us.

I liked the show last weekend, where they sat around on sofas and actually discussed the week in BB rather than doing stupid skits, etc. Was a pleasant change.

I do feel she doesn't really listen to some of the guests and is just waiting for an opportunity to make a sarcastic remark rather than talk seriously. She interrupted the in-house psych so many times last week that I think he gave up answering She hardly gave him a chance, just seemed to want an opportunity for a bit of sarcasm any chance she could get.

I love sarcasm, but sometimes if you're interviewing somebody it's actually worth listening to them answer they are giving to your question... a radical thought I know

Very much agree with this. If they gave her five minutes at the start of the show to have her sarc session and then let the rest of the show flow a bit like it did last week, then I think the show would be much better.
