Is Scott an Albino?
Every time the camera pans in on his face he reminds me of Darnell.... is it possible he has black ancestors?

Wrong. Albinism affects people from ALL ethnic backgrounds

Even ignoring Darnell's skin colour he didn't have particularly negroid features. He looked more like a caucasian with sore eyes to me. Scott just looks caucasian. I don't think comparing him to an albino negro is particularly offensive, I just think it's a bit silly, like saying he looks like a tall dwarf or a masculine woman!

Yeah he is ginger with very fair eyelashes and eyebrows. The reason his eyebrows look weird is becausehe uses make uo to darken them. Sadly some redheads do suffer quite badly from bullying and develop a complex about hiding it . See Tim from BB3.
