Can someone fill me in on who was fave to win from BB1-BB4? Here's (I think) from BB5 onwards according to odds...

BB5:
Michelle-Nadia

BB6-
Kemal-Maxwell-Makosi-Anthony

BB7-
Pete- Aisleyne (for a day in the final week)- Pete. Imogen, Grace and Sezer in Top 5.

BB8-
Not too sure. I'm positive Carole was a fave at the start, Chanelle was in there too and then the twins.

BB9-
Rex? Mikey, Luke.

BB10-
Sophia- Freddie- Siavash- Sophie

BB11-
John James was fave at one point. So were Sam Pepper, before Josie then took over.

BB12-
Rebeckah-Jay (for a very short 2 days), then constant changes between Aaron and Alex,

In BB13 so far we have seen:
Adam, Becky, Shievonne, Benedict, Lauren and Caroline as faves.

Pete was the heavy favorite for all of BB7.
Laura was the launch night favorite on BB8, though I believe "any other" had fairly expensive odds at that point.

That surprises me .... even though I think he should have won, purely for being the most genuine housemate ever

Mikey had always been near the top with the bookies' odds. He was certainly the bookies' favourite to win in the final week.

I think Spencer, Alex, Jonny, Kate, and Jade swapped the favorite position quite frequently. Apparently in the final week, Jonny had drifted to 40/1.

Wow! 40/1 And it was close between him and Kate. I cannot believe Jade was favourite towards the end. The public hated her at first, but she grew on people once Adele left.

BB6 was an interesting one.

It's hard to believe that Maxwell was a favourite, but that all changed when he hooked up with Saskia & became thoroughly unpleasant & borderline aggressive.

BB9 was similar too with Luke; he also was a favourite, but once he feel for Rebecca, he became so bitter, twisted & hateful that it ruined his chances forever.

BB1- Anna, Darren and Nicola were early favourites. Craig didn't come in to it until he confronted Nick halfway through.

Kat was the early fave for BB 9 IIRC , Sophia was the early fave for BB10 and I think it was Corin in the first week of BB11. It was Mark in BB 12. Being the early fave is never a good omen it seems.

BB12 odds always baffled me. You would think Aaron was there at the top for weeks. It was quite weird that someone whos fanbase had never been tested was fave (Alex) when Aaron came top of the vote all four times he was up.

As far as gamblers were concerned it was quite simple. They knew he was hugely popular but the way the programme was going they thought BB would generate too big a 'anti' vote & he would go before the final. In fact many of his supporters didn't believe based on past experience that he would make it to the end. Money always pours in on those who like Alex can be guaranteed a final place. It has in the past then become quite often a self-fulfilling prophecy as votes follow gamblers cash!!

The reason for that I think was that the bookies were aware of Aaron's negative fanbase and felt that should he make the final 2 people would vote automatically for the other person to stop him from winning.

I remember looking at the odds on finale night and once Alex was eliminated people piled their money on Jay to win for pretty much that reason, when the voting lines closed Jay was actually the favourite to win.

BB1 and BB2 tell you the weekly odds in the books. I'll try and dig them out and see what I can come up with.

It would be interesting if we could compile a list of the favourites to win each week. Its always been something I've been interested in doing to compare each series.
