Lydia planning to deflect noms attention towards Benedict??

6.34pm: Lydia is in a fiery mood after Benedict explained his bathroom habits to the group. Some major beef is brewing. #bbuklive

Maybe he's been talking about his habit of enjoying the company of Mrs Palm and her five daughters in the bathroom and shower??

I think this has been Lydia's strategy since the show started, to emphasise and dramatise the flaws in others to avoid becomming a target, but it is high risk and runs the chance of her getting nominations in the process. I think there is animosity to Benedict in the house, but not enough to get him nominated.

Her reasoning has always been.... "The more people that nom the other HMs, the fewer will nom me". To my mind the flaw in that strategy is that if noms are equally spread over more HMs the fewer noms Lydia herself will need to be up. After all last week she got three noms (Sara, Conor and Becky)

Is it just coincidence that she knows Benedict can't nominate anyone back now as well....?

Would she manage it though. Who would be likely to nom Benedict?

Adam - possibly, likes Lydia, followed her plan last time
Arron - no, likes Benedict
Ashleigh - no, to busy with her own scheming
Becky - yes, will follow any plan that may save her
Caroline - yes, dislikes body fluids
Connor - no, likes Benedict
Deena - poss, Benedict is one of her few friends, but also may try to save herself
Lauren - no likes Benedict's fatherly role
Luke A - no, likes Benedict
Luke S - poss, he's a big player keen to be in on a plan
Sara - yes, could find Benedict distasteful
Scott - yes, not sure why just an instinct

So potentially he could get 7 votes, and even if he knows her plan he can't vote against her.

Agreed ,Lydia targets one or two H/Ms and then goes between the groups pointing all their flaws out and why they should be the ones nominated that week ,Like you say in the hope if she says it loud and long enough she'll be kept out of H/Ms thoughts when it comes to nominating time

Like you say this tactic could earn her noms if she's not careful of being the shitstirrer of the house

She wants all those she sees as a threat out.If she is clever enough it could work, we shall be left with the boring ones unless someone catches on what she is up to.

Definately agree on Benedict vs Becky, Becky has a much bigger support with the casuals then Ben, but also has many more dislikers, whereas Benedict has yet to have any major moment that would annoy the audience, plus Benedict is a good looking bloke which could give him somewhat of a tween vote (albeit not to Arron levels).

Benedict vs Deana would be a Deana eviction easily unfortunately.

As much as I would love to see Benedict go this early, it'll never happen unfortunately
