Criminal Tulisa reveals fleeing a stab scene

Quote:
Tulisa Contostavlos has revealed a run-in with police in a new tell-all book called Tulisa.

Metro reports that the singer has told writer Sean Smith about a secret arrest in 2008 for an authorised biography.

For the first time, Contostavlos has admitted to an incident in September 2008, when a fight involving 20 people broke out at the birthday party of her then-boyfriend Adam Bailey.

During the chaos, a man was stabbed and wounded. Fearing for her career, the N-Dubz star says she called her manager Jonathan Shalit before phoning police.

Contostavlos was later arrested and forced to take the stand at a court trial, after Bailey was accused of wounding with intent and dangerous driving.

The incident occured just a month before N-Dubz released their hit debut album Uncle B.

"Tulisa had the presence of mind to call Jonathan Shalit and any fall-out was well-managed," Smith writes in the biography, currently serialised in The People. "Incredibly, the arrests of Tulisa and Bailey never made the papers at the time. That would certainly not happen today, when she is a far bigger star."
We can add this to her talents shame singing isn't one of hers.

Criminal....that's a good word for her!! And there she is, getting on her high horse over other folk (who's obviously a threat to her very existence)!!

I don't understand why she's bothered to include this in her book; calling her manager before the police hardly portray's her positively; just as being selfish...

It's great that she has managed to get away from that whole scene. She's to be admired. I'm looking forward to seeing her outshine Sherzinger on this years show.

This doesn't make her a criminal. I think you guys need to find a dictionary, and control your mouth before using such strong words.

The mods might take posters calling public figures 'criminals' very very seriously. I think people should be careful what they post.

I like both, but Tulisa I feel will have the edge too. Tulisa has worked hard to get to where she is now and was not just "discovered" convienently on some talent show. She knows the real reality and therefore makes an excellent coach and judge.

Sherzinger too has had to work her way up. They both get stick for different reasons. I hope they will feed off of each other and maybe lift what some have referred to as the Fix Factor, back to more like the X Factor, but I wouldn't hold my breath with Cowell around.

Why would anyone call their manager at a crime scene?

Her reputation clearly more important than the crime I presume

Tulisa's not a criminal if she wasn't charged with anything, she's grown up since then and her "Bad Girl" persona has helped her especially on XF. As for Tulisa outshining Scherzinger, it's not going to happen.

Everyone has a past, you should judge someone on how they've overcome situations and grew, rather than tarnish them because of past mistakes.

Yeah....wished that was applied towards Misha B last year, but along with a large number of FM's on here, both Louis and Tuloosa couldn't let past mistakes go!!

I seem to remember tulisa mentioning a drug dealing and mugging activities. Just because she wasnt caught, doesn't make her a non criminal.

last i checked muggings and drug traffiking is a crime.
