Has it worked before or just stopped working now?

What make/model is the TV?

Press the 3D button on your remote. If you're playing in via DVD or Blu-ray make sure it supports 3D.

As others have mentioned, do the basic checks: Do you have a 3D capable Blu-ray player, is it connected with a HDMI 1.4 cable, are you playing a 3D Blu-ray disc, have you switched on any menu settings on the TV that enables 3D playback and if your glasses are active have you charged them and switched them on?

Yeah it's probably something simple that's been overlooked. do the checks first and if it's still not working then let us know. make and model will help

You don't say whether anyone else can see the 3D effect or not?

Which 3D TV do you use? Are you talking about the 2D to 3D conversion? Because some contents won't have any 3D effect. Or it might just be your TV. I know some TVs can't convert well.. Not sure about other 3D TVs but my LG's LM760T has the 3D depth control setting so I can bring out the 3D to make it pop more. See if your TV has that feature.

Call after service ! Tell the employees what problems you are facing and ask how to fix them. I bought my LG 3D TV recently and I had a minor issue that I was able to fix with the customer service's help. Don't be afraid to call customer service.
