PC was working fine, packed it away under bed (no damp) for 2 weeks, now doesn't work

PC was working fine, packed it away under bed (no damp) for 2 weeks, now doesn't work

The monitor light stays orange and the fan on the tower keeps running, whereas before it would run until it got to the logon screen. Please help!

Got it working! Had to take it apart and take out the hard drive, battery etc and put it back in again.
