No. It just means that people can easily form block voting groups to keep themselves safer.

Yes, because I love hearing about strategies and tactics and see smart gameplays.

I'm undecided currently.

I think it basically used to happen before anyway, they just weren't allowed to use the N word.

They should introduce a power of veto like BBUSA or something if they are going to continue along this route.

No. It seems to fill the whole highlights show and has become old very fast. Didn't notice it so much last year, perhaps it just wasn't as interesting and the noms talk made it more so, this year I want to see all the drama, there seems to be a lot - more than an hour's worth.

Its totally lost in the h/l show format because we know from previous years
the hints and the winks about nomination talk can last hours,
I bet its like the house of commons in there all the plotting and backstabbing.

I don't think I have quite grasped the poll technique yet as several replied popped up before I had properly posted it.

Nope. Makes the day to day (or what we see of it) too focussed on one element of the show.

And it makes block voting a piece of piss.

Fundamental rule of BB flushed down the gurgler, IMHO. And not for the better.

I'm not particularly adverse to it.

I do wish they weren't entirely consumed by the concept, though! It would be nice to hear about something else besides who else they're nominating or who they intend to nominate.

No because it allows block voting too easily. It was fun in previous years to see people get punished for noms talk when they tried to use code etc. I dont want one group of 5 to predictably vote the same 2 people every week to get rid of the others.

We need BB to change it up, or for someone to break a rule so that everyone is put up one week.

At some point we'l have to have a couple of them go - theres too many and half of them rarely figure in the highlights wether its due to them being boring or lack of time ! dont know...

It is just laziness on the part of BB. They can't be bothered to enforce any of their traditional rules. It all started going downhill in BB10 when Freddie, Marcus and particularly Siavash made a mockery of the nomination process. BB's authority has never really recovered, and now it's as if they've stopped even trying. Nominations chat suppression has been and should remain a fundamental rule.

Yes, I agree with that. It turns into a 'who can join the dominant group' game, and can quickly turn into a vehicle for ostracising other people because they are this week's targets.

No for me as all they do is talk about nominations this and that hour after hour thank Bob there is no live feed anymore what would be the point. Not entirely convinced they need a highlight show every night anymore maybe 3 shows a week only with an eviction show just half an hour on Friday.

I like seeing gameplaying but it's too easy for one group to get the other (and tbh it doesn't help that it's the group I can't stand with the power )
Someone mentioned on another thread the booth were only two HMs can go in an discuss noms at a time. That'd be a much better way of doing it.

hate it and want it to stop.

If the little bit of time we get is going to be dominated by nomination talk then what time is given to watch friendships develop..in fact I wonder if friendship can develop in such a paranoid house.

The producers got this wrong which is a shame because I think they cast well for a show that could develop lots of drama without the need to create friction through discussing nominations.
