I find it strange why so many people seem to demand that Kristen Stewart constantly sport a grin. Maybe they want her to go to that backstreet surgeon that the Joker went to in the first Batman movie.

It is more about the fact that she appears to be ungrateful and resentful for being so well-known, thanks to a massive movie franchise...if she hates it so much, then maybe she should just do a Garbo, quit films, and live life as a recluse

She doesn't appear that way. She's awkward in interviews and promotional work. It's common among actors.

I think she is a crappy actress, however, I do totally understand why she comes across the way she does at premiers etc. She gave an interview for one of the UK glossies last year and she came across as somebody who was thrust unprepared for worldwide mega-fame.

Yes, she has been in the business since she as a child, probably in her opinion, quietly working on her craft and now she pretty much has her own personal press pack following he around reporting on her every move, I don't think she ever wanted that level of intrusion and certainly does not have the ability to deal with it in a manner that benefits her. Plus I would imagine having the Paps around you 24/7 would be enough to make anyone surly and perhaps unco-operative, especially when we know (since all celebs seem to aim this accusation at Paps) they shout out despicable things to get a reaction in order to get 'that' photo, i.e a la Sean Penn snarling at the cameraman whilst reaching for the camera! (imagine how much that picture would fetch globally)

Hollywood has a huge problem if this is their best actress, stare at her eyes and you can see the blackness of her worthless soul, her acting if you can call it that is lacking to the point where the void blackness of Genesis Ark from Doctor Who could insert a more convincing stellar performance into a movie than Stewart.

Her appearance in any movie means that it will never be downloaded illegally as they are not worth watching for free.

If hollywood wants to stop piracy then the addition of Stewart is a guaranteed solution.

I didn't bother clicking the link to find she's actually the highest grossing, which is another thing entirely. The Twilight films have been box office gold but box office receipts are hardly a measure of acting ability.

She's not the "best" actress, but she's done other movies that demonstrate that she's a good actress. Her career doesn't begin and end with Twilight.

As for barely hearing about her, I find that bewildering, given that you post on a website which is devoted to media, films, music, broadcasting, pop culture etc....of which Twilight and Kristen Stewart in particular have been featured regularly over the past five years, let alone the amount of television coverage the series has been given.

Yes, it's not so unusual that actors can be a bit uncomfortable being themselves and offering unscripted words.

I generally find Daniel Radcliffe a difficult watch on chat shows whereas Harry Potter is quite a likeable chap.

If ever there was an award for most overrated actress in the 21 century Kristen would win it hands down. In the Twilight films she ruins every scene by having her mouth open! It is so random, you would think that the director/s would have spoken to her about it…

I saw the trailer for Snow White and the Huntsmen earlier and Stewart yet again can't keep that mouth of hers shut! Is she catching flies or what?!
