Does anyone know how you can contact the professional dancers, do they have an address where you can send questions to?

Most of them have their on web pages. Like www.(dancers name).com

Most (if not all) of the professional dancers earn most of their income (or did before SCD was commissioned) through teaching/training (paid appearances at competitions make up the rest), which means that most of them have websites or the non-web equivalent.

I don't know they would react to non-moolah related enquiries/questions though; they get paid for their opinions on SCD & Strictly Confidential...

Actually, I have heard from users of another forum that the dancers are generally very friendly and are happy to answer questions relating to SCD, or their work in general.
