I was actually thinking of Kimberley Wyatt before I like her she seems nice and fun I'm surprised her name wasn't considered tbh she's the only other doll who's crafted a decent career outside of the band

Agree. Kimberley Wyatt has bags more personality than NS.

Guffybear apply your post to your little Geordie lingerie miming married for cash paper chasing wag and your post would have a point. Kimberly's doing "Got to dance" but in The PussyCat Dolls Scherzinger was the lead singer, all the attention was on her.

Kimberley Wyatt is brilliant on Got To Dance also, I think she'd be a better signing for X Factor than Nicole will be (although I don't mind Nicole but there are better people for the job).

I think she will continue to have moderate success in the UK with her now being an X Factor judge. As for the US, it's game over tbqh

Scherzinger could get success in the US anytime, but in uk she's got the press in the palm of her hand finally........

Apart from the two times she's tried and failed obviously.

Scherzinger wasn't given a chance, her management failed her.

Nicole DOES had a song out in the autumn. It's a duet with will.i.am called Mona Lisa Smile. It's a really strange song, and has will.i.am venturing away from the electro/autotune/dance stuff he's done a lot recently.

Isn't it on Will.i.am's album?

Yes, but I think it's likely that she'll have it on her album too as it's a duet (she had a remix of her duet with Enrique Iglesias on her previous album too).

Not to mention, whether it's on her album or not, it could still potentially be a hit for her. And if she has no material of her own out by then, I can see her performing it on X Factor.

i doubt interscope records have the same faith to be honest. why else would they postpone the album indefinitely and send her back into the recording studio? now they giving away a ton (her words) of signed albums in a bid to boost traffic for her nail range`s facebook page.

I think after being sacked from X Factor USA, she'd have the pride to walk away from Cowell and all he represents. Have some dignity, Sherzinger.

She's very desperate, I'm not sure this will go down well with the UK auidence.

oh right, because it was talked about on one of her many sites, but I didn't think it was going to be released. True with Scherzinger on it, it could be a hit, if Scherzinger does a duet live I think she'd do better with Enrique than Will.i.am, the last time Will.i.am was slated for his vocals on XF and I think Scherzinger and Enrique have more chemistry and make a good team.

I agree, but I don't think Nicole would perform her duet with Enrique because it was released 2 years ago (it did fairly well in the charts, it got to #8 or #9 I think).

Nicole has dueted with will.i.am twice before. On Baby Love in 2007 I think, and also on Beep when she was in the Pussycat Dolls, which was a MASSIVE hit worldwide. I think they had good chemistry on the song: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1r9ghI7YcL0 But I don't think they ever performed it live together before.

Canks Scherzinger wasn't sacked she went back to music, and Cowell has always said he'd work with her again they're friends because they're mature adults and Scherzinger isn't the type of Pussycat Doll that cries over spilt milk, she just pounces on the opportunity X factor was falling over itself to give her.

I didn't know Heartbeat was released that long ago, it was a great video. and song. Forgot about "Baby Love" and "Beep" it was very popular and went number one all over the place. Will.i.am was great with all of the girls in the video, maybe he could help her on her next album.

she was sacked because the entire show was a flop and she was voted the worst judge by some margin. i wonder who voted the best judge

i thought william was the devil incarnate because he is the US manager of a much more successful act or is this another of your famous u turns ?

"She was sacked because she was a flop" I thought we were talking about Scherzinger, instead of the woman she replaced. "Voted the worst Judge" "Who was the best judge" the polls don't really mean anything if they're voted for over and over by people who refused to forgive Scherzinger for the incident the same people who were threatening her.

The best judge was voted for by the uk, America still don't know her. Which successful act is Will.i.am a manager of....an international sacked flop/us reject who's getting beaten by a teenager half her age in the charts. Will.i.am's friends with a British flop, haven't heard of him collaborating with successful artists apart from Scherzinger. Will.i.am's not a bad artist, he just chose to manage a course barbie and In previous posts I've said Will.i.am should work with Scherzinger more. As soon as he's milked the British press as much as he can, he'll cut off all times and focus on the real artist-Scherzinger.

Scherzinger's solo success? Inexistent is the word. And it's quite baffling, because she's got the whole package : talent, beauty and an established band that could have worked as a launching pad had her career taken off a couple of years ago.

She has no excuse, though. In 2011, when she was trying to get an official release date for her album, she was on X Factor, which wasn't a big hit, but it still got about 11 million viewers, so she got a lot of exposure and she also performed 'DHYB' and 'Right There' in EVERY high profile show in the States and none of the tracks were successful. 'Killer Love' ended up being her 2nd consecutive album to be shelved. I don't know why people are not paying attention tbh. Technically, every artist is one hit away from being a chart force, but she has released many well promoted, radio friendly material and it hasn't worked for her. Maybe she should return to urban music...I don't know.

I'm convinced that Nicole could have released all of Rihanna's most recent hits as her own, and she still wouldn't be massive...
There's just something she doesn't have in my opinion... It takes more than looks, exposure and talent.

She just doesn't have "it". That "it" that makes even casual people interested. It's not fashionable to love Scherzinger like it is to love the likes of Rihanna, Cheryl or Beyonce.

Seeing the chart runs of all her recent singles in the US, I'd assume the same thing. But she had "it" in abundance back in 2006 when PCD became a household name and she was the main reason why they got noticed by the masses to begin with. How can someone have "it" as a band member and then suddenly lose it as a solo act?

I have no idea... there are plently of artists that require the same questions...
Some people just never appeal to the public.

Management really messed her around with the us releases if they could promote her and bring out her album I'm sure she'd get to number one. Scherzinger has better vocals than Rihanna imo, so if Scherzinger had any of Rihanna's tracks, Scherzinger would have been number one everywhere ages ago. Solo Scherzinger has appeal, she's always in the media and does have a large fanbase, the uk number one prove it. When Scherzinger did a stint in the uk people were saying how great she was and calling for her to be permanent. That's how popular she is.

You are the most hypocritical person I have ever seen! Half the stuff you bum Nicole over, you slate Cheryl about it all the other threads.

In the above post I'm talking about Scherzinger's X factor career and Rihanna???? So I don't get the post.
