EastEnders - Would you like to see Diane return Full Time?
Would you like to see Diane (Sophie Lawrence) return to the Square on a Full Time Business?
I for one Would! She's a Great Character, She has History and Personality. I would rather watch her than The Moon Goons. What do you think? |

I dont think it will happen because Ricky is not coming back...
the best option would be to cast Claire Butcher and her family possibly when Janine returns next year after Charlie has had her break... |

i really liked her today and yes much better than antler i would like her to stay longer, be with janine with the whole baby trauma not sure about permanent (they will probably just never give her screen time, or ruin her) |

If Diane did return Full Time, I think she would after Janine has returned. Don't forget Diane could also bring Suzanne, her Partner. Maybe the new Square Doctor?

Nah I don't want her to. She seems a bit rude, (I know this is EE!), the way she spoke to Kim.
![]() I want to see Clare, has she ever been on screen? |

No I like Diane just popping in and out, her current lifestyle would not fit in with the square, she can bob in and out as nod to the past occasionally.

Part of me would like this but I think in the long run it would ruin Janine's character. For a long time Janine has been a lonely soul, someone who has no loving family around her. She may stay with Michael but she will probably never trust him. I do not think Janine would work as a financially AND emotionally secure character, at least I can't see it.

I wouldn't want her to come back permanently, but maybe an extended guest appearance, for a few months. I'd rather someone like Diane come back than Sharon who I think is one of EE's most overhyped characters.

I would as I think she'd fit in brilliantly - but then realistically why would she give up her life in Paris? Also I think it adds a lot more realism when she pops in every now and again, although I'd like it to be come more frequent.
Just say a handful of episodes every six months or something saying she is visiting Janine... would be interesting to have her mention a storyline of her own, then on her next appearance we hear how it has progressed etc. |

O.. M...G!!!!! ![]() ![]() You can't say that about the Sharon, the greatest actress & character that ever walked this damned earth. If anything, her return has been grossly underhyped, especially on here. ![]() ![]() ![]()

I would rather her just appear a few times for guest appearances.

She seems fun and happy. That would change for a start if she moved to walford!

Love Diane, she was brilliant yesterday and I really rate Sophie Lawence as an actress.
Nice, bubbly and closer to Janine than previously. She should move to the Square, ahe'd get on well with a few of the residents. And of course to have a lesbian on the Square, maybe Kat will spread her legs that little bit wider... |
