Hey guys!!!!!

Big event this weekend if you haven't seen it all over the BBC channels and the BBC radio stations! Who's excited?

Anyway, I'm just wondering if anyone here is going either Saturday or Sunday? I'm going on Saturday!!!! Se excited!!!!!

Who are you guys looking forward to seeing?

For Me;

Leona Lewis - to debut a new track which should be exciting!
Nicki Minaj - always wanted to see her live and now that she has got a few hits in the UK I think she'll go down well with the crowd.
Emeli Sande - what a talent!
Calvin Harris - seen him once but happy to see him again!!!!!

Give replies please people!

I think there is usually a stream on the Radio 1 website, but I can't be 100% sure. I think I recall watching somebodies set on there when it wasn't televised, but I can't promise anything!

God that talentless wonder gets everywhere. I sincerely hope she doesn't top the album chart this weekend as we'll have her little soldiers bleating she's done it without X Factor, ignoring all the huge hype, promo slots & signings she's had.

Whatever happens can't see this album selling that much in total.

Does anyone know if people watching on TV (or computer) will be able to watch any acts on the smaller stages or will they only show the big stage?

Yes, the smaller stages should be covered including the Outdoor Stage with the R1 DJs and smaller dance producers, which its stream may opt out for all BBC Introducing concerts during the morning and afternoon before its on its own for the rest of the evening, otherwise BBC Intro will gets it own stream.

meh they have some big names signed up but to me it should be better.
Use the radio1 brand to put together a real weekend music festival which is moved around each year.
Also give appropriate set slot times to each act. IE the foo fighters given an hour a couple of years ago is a complete joke!
the tv coverage always seems to have rubbish crowds! There always standing still and not really appreciatiing the music as much as festivals should be by jumping around and going nuts!
