operation save Benedict!

Cmon guys Benedict is so much more interesting than Lauren and has more to offer in terms of the show.

There is still time to save him.

Come on!

I'm on board, but it's an uphill battle against a large sympathy vote.

It's a noble sentiment, Sarah, but if there's one thing I've learned about DS it's that our opinion, if we can even come to any agreement, is irrelevant compared to the 1000s of voters which don't use this forum. If Benedict survives the public vote I'll be amazed (and ecstatic).

I prefer to watch Lauren stumbling about like she's just been dumped on earth by a spaceship, with instructions to become socially active...but no idea where to start, or how humans work/think.

Not much chance of saving him I think.

Looks like its a 75% probability he's going.

Benedict sealed his faith by making masturbation such a big issue. He would have survived otherwise as he is one of the most interesting characters to enter the BB house. I love anyone that's not a sheepish follower.

Id rather Benedict stay in all honesty, he's playing the game now. He has more to offer than Lauren as nice as she is.

Plus I wanna prove to BB that the older HM's arent early cast offs!

Agreed but I don't think he will survive. Lauren won't be helped by the public keeping her in. I have a feeling she may walk. Benedict can stand his ground better and would really take on Caroline.....which I would love to see.

I so hope he goes, though if he stays I can see him becoming an even more reprehensible charachter than he already is.
Which might just be quite good fun watching him eventually brought down a peg or two.

I really didnt like the cheap shots he was making about Lauren and the others last night in regards to them having fun!! Why should they not want that in the house? He is a rather sad pathetic funsucker who needs to lighten up and remember his days of teaching are over.

Couldn't agree more Pices

With his Diary Room rant he made it clear yesterday that he thinks that he is so much better that the others and he sems to be being celebrated for it whereas Caroline is being crucified for the same crime with far less evidence

A lot of love for Benedict all of a sudden do you guys genuinely think he's got something to offer then, or just that you prefer him to Lauren.

All he has on his CV thus far is he masturbated in the shower, and wants to make society aware of the benefits. I can't think of a single thing other than that.

If anything his DR stuff has made me dislike him even more to me he's not doing to be funny but to try to prove how much better he is than the rest of them

If we get rid of the air time grabber we might be able to see more of the others.

He's not being like this for BB, he's playing a very clever game of getting print pages, air time discussing him, he isn't interested in all the others he wants all the limelight.

So get him out and see what Jamie has to say to him on bbbots.
It's a dead sert that the house doesn't want him, neither do I.

It would be marvellous if he stayed. He's not a sheep, he's articulate and funny. His school-teacher mannerisms are hilarious. He is correct when he says the the others aren't intelligent... Intelligence is defined in various ways, and in many ways they are intelligent. However, intelligence is also about making your own choices rather than following the herd. It's hard to be an individual, it's hard to reject what others in the house and many in the viewing public hold dear. He's doing that, and I like that.
