Emmerdaily 21/6/12 - Home (Farm) Truths

Spoilers re-phrased from ITV.com as per usual.

Part, the ONLY - HOUR LONG!. Probably starts at 7pm. Opinions differ.

Spoiler

And a good evening to one and all. Sorry about the brevity of the ditty, but that's all the spoilers ITV.com had. I expected more for an hour's worth of show. I suspect the footie is messing things up on there.

Also, I might disappear in the second half, if it's going poorly. It clashes with TOTP 1977.

BTW, cats and dogs, thunderbolt and lightening, very very frightening up here in Leeds.

And, if anyone is in Tadcaster on 30 June, this is from someone on another board I frequent:

every year i help organise a charity football match in aid of marie curie cancer care and help for heroes.
we have played the Army, arsenal ex players and york city ex players in recent years. we were due to host man utd ex players but they wanted thousands just to turn up and play for charity!!!
thankfully emmerdale stepped in at the last minute to help out.
its a family fun day at tadcaster albion fc you can even abuse the referee( as long as i get a drink after!).
theres lots of stalls for the family and its always a very good day.
it all happens on saturday june 30th. kick off is 2pm and gates open at 11am

prices are £3 or a family ticket for £8, which is for 2 adults and 2 kids. under 5's go free

Imagine a Carl/Nathan/Aaron/Flynn hybrid......

This one looks more like Jackson/Edna/Tootsie.

Best I could find at such short notice in the yellow pages. Sorry. Oh and he likes to be called PC Polyester....

I will not be joining you tonight as my stepdad refuses point blank to have any soaps whatsoever on his television I'll catch up later and MQ when I get home. Enjoy your sixty minutes, possums! Thanks to my future husband Gulftastic for the lovely poem too.

Thanks for the thread Gulfie

Loving the ditty but, as you say, there doesn't appear to be much for an hour episode. The EPG on Sky suggests that BBC1 are showing the match tonight and that ITV1 will be showing an hour episode of Emmerdale followed by Lewis.

Caught up with last week's TOTP1977 on Sunday and was surprised to see Brendon of "Gimme Some" fame covering an Abba album track ~ 'Rock Me'

Rain here for much of the day. Now the thunder and lightning has started!

Evening all!

That interview depressed me a lot!

I found it bizarre that he compared Megan and Robbie as a love story!!!!!

OT and wrong soap, but did anyone see Catherine Tyldesley (Eva) on Lorraine this morning? Can you believe not that many years ago she was a size 22?? They showed a pic of her as a teenager and she was just unrecognisable.

Hi Everyone

Will probably miss first episode this evening but will catch up

That Stuart Blackburn interview is a great laugh- he's apparently delighted that we have sympathy for Ashley and he describes the Spencers as "too real" I'd rather describe them as" too shit"

Only on episode tonight, wildy, but it's an hour long. Unless TV3 are showing it in two halves?
