Anyone buy these? Wife bought 18 and hard-boiled them last night but I wasn't keen. To me the yolk tasted much stronger than a normal hen egg.

How long do you boil them for, for hard-boiled?

Not sure but not as long as bigger eggs. They're only little.

I have used them a few times. Just boil them for a short time .. I guess 3 mins maximum. They are fiddley to peel. I have used them to make mini scotch eggs. I have used them in a nicoise salad and I have also just presented them whole and unpeeled for the diners to peel themselves and dip in pepper and salt.

Yeah couldn't be bothered to peel more than one tbh. Very finicky!

Over rated IMO - I guess people like them because they are small and cute

Rather have a full free range egg

I know they're only little. I've eaten them myself, and I've never actually boiled them.

I just boil a pan of water, turn the heat off, then pop the eggs in the hot water for 3 minutes.

You can buy them already peeled with some celery salt.

I have bought them in the past but locally, they are hard to find.

Eating them with the shell on would put you off a bit.
