Audio Signal from TV/ Video to Hi-Fi
How can I send the audio from my TV or Video to my Hi-Fi (located at the other end of the room) without using an unsightly phono cable?
Is there a wireless solution that I could purchase? |

Personally, I would make a custom pair of cables using very small diameter coax from, say, Maplin, that you can conceal. IMHO that is the way to go. No problem with radio/phone/microwave interference, much cheaper and you won't lose any sound quality. You can buy video/audio senders from Maplin, Keene and Lektropacks and many others, but you will need to check with them that they will work without the video. It may still be illegal to transmit audio only. Some senders I bought several years ago would not transmit audio without the video. I know that there are wireless loudspeakers and headphones around which may suit your purpose if they have line level outputs. Suggest you try the firms I listed above. Best of luck.
