Other than Sporty, I haven't heard anything to suggest that they can actually hold a note.

But they've all become very rich because of it, so fair play to them.

I think it is highly misleading that the press still label their comeback tour as a disappointment, or in this case 'ill-fated' they played 47 gigs, almost all of which were sold-out, and the shows themselves had good reviews.

it was only the badly handled ending to the tour, and the poor comeback single (Headlines) that put a downer on things.

I'd like to see them at the Olympics in some form, if they can't bare to be around each other...then at least they should play their music at some point, or show their clips as part of a montage or something. You can't ignore a phenomenon like that.

Everyone has to be honest and wake up here... Victoria is miserable as sin in the photo shoot. They don't need the money, but they are promised to get £5 Million each so it's got to sell tickets to get that sort of money. People keeping moaning are they or an't they. They should just get on with doing their other jobs - Radio etc, as they don't even want to be together.

The distint pose stuck in one expression.
It's like a wax figure, they turned it round on the last few photos.
I cannot believe she doesn't even want to the joint cuddle pose...thats when everyone knows you are up yourself. Despite how famous and rich anyone ever gets no one should act like that.

At least, Cheryl doesn't act like that - she seems very friendly with the girls and i'm sure she wont act like that when GA get back together - well at least i hope not.

I think Mel B doesn't want to come back but at least she smiled and hugged together...

I saw another brief feature on them on Daybreak this morning. Victoria really does look ridiculous as she struggles to maintain her "persona" while everyone else is full of smiles and apparent enjoyment. It's like she's in on a joke only she finds funny.

Victoria would have been better off just saying she didn't want to do it tbh. Fans would have slagged her for it but, by turning up and makiing it so obvious she didn't want to be there, she's made herself look a bit of a cow.
Had she just refused, no one except fans would have cared but now everyone has an opinion.

Let's just hope this is the final chapter in this farce and they finally put the Spice Girls back into the box marked 'history' and seal it closed

So why is she there? Surely she doesn't need the money? She could have easily left the brand years ago...but she keeps popping back...on her terms only.

She looked mardy and the 'business is business death mask' gave the whole event a general feeling of ill will and indifference and her aloofness is coming across as po faced arrogance rather than mystique. I felt quite sorry for the organisers.

Agree. Victoria clearly did not want to be there and she struck that ridiculous pose and just never has a hint of a smile, she is so miserable. Am guessing she was in one of her designs, so smile for the camera and promote you're wears rather than being remembered for being miserable. Mel B made some comment on the Daybreak clip this morning to Mel C if ever their was a huge voice between Mel B and Victoria it was there to behold. Quite ridiculous but then money has an odd way of making people do things they don't want to

Victoria has always come across awkward I think. The strange thing is while she comes across really stuck up etc in photos etc she seems a bit more eloquent when interviewed about it.

Emma has always been my favourite I like Mel C, Geri winds me up and Mel B comes across as a bit of a diva these days.

Victoria is unable to at least put a veil over her distaste at having to stand there with them. The Spice Girls days are now a thorough inconvenience to her reinvention as a 'classy fashion designer'. She knows if she refuses outright it will reflect badly on her, but feels she is doing enough just by 'showing up'.

Mel C and Emma don't annoy me much either, the other 3 are self absorbed, fame hungry show offs.

As a life long fan of all girls some more than others. Victoria before she moved was always so close to Geri they became close again in 2003. And Emma and Geri got closer of the years aswell. Victoria is very commited and always wishes the girls the best of luck. I get Victoria's personality not everyone does. I dont think things are as bad as they were in 1997-1998 or even 2000 now they are all older and wiser.

If you're talking quality, then it is my opinion, yes, though frankly Mel C's album Northern Star was so much better than anything any of the others did (though I do love Emma's album Life in Mono) that I have to confess I find it hard to take any other opinion seriously.

If you're talking commercial success, it's not opinion, it's simple fact that Mel C and Geri considerably outsold the other girls with their solo material.
