I've just joined this too (pending authorisation) after today's stage, so team Denley Dirt Bike will be propping up the bottom of the league, probably for quite a while.

Been giving my brother tips on who to pick, as he had plenty of sprinters suggested he play his joker today. Massive day & he's now 16th overall out of 11,999 - Hobson's Choice - and he got nothing from Kittel bar completing points. I'm wondering if he may have won the daily prize.

If I'd have played the double today, I'd have been above him, but have held out to 5th stage in the thought I'd have stage 2 and possibly 4 if there are no winds to base my last couple of transfers on - and hopeful Kittel's bug has cleared up.

It's shit or bust Thursday if I want to beat last year.

1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 9th for me today. Happy with that. Shame about Cav.

I've shoved all my eggs in the sprinters basket for the next couple of stages. Big one for me tomorrow - it's my bonus stage.

I'm really enjoying this comp, gutted I missed the prologue and stage 1 before finding this thread. It's good fun.

I just wish I had read the rules properly before starting. I've just realised after transfering Rojas that you get a few free transfers. I started off with a few climbers, which if I had read would have started with a few more sprinters!

I've taken a couple of days to get my head around the rules too. I thought you only had 7 transfers for the whole tour - but we've got 7 transfers each week of the tour.

If I realised that I'd have loaded the whole week after the prologue with sprinters too. I wouldn't have bothered picking the likes of Wiggins & Nibali straight away seeing as I joined after the prologue anyway. and I think I started with Chris Froome instead of Boassen Hagen. oops.
