I watched him on the banks of the river thames in May 2012.

Sometimes he plays while he is stood in the river thames.

His song tiles include:- Does anybody want to buy a carpet and Women should be in charge.

There are a few videos of him on YouTube.

What are his chances of 'Fame' outside of London?.
