I hope it is a least a little scary I enjoyed RE 4 and 5 but there not scary in the slightest, so hopefully this might at least brings a little horror back to the series.

Looking forward to it ... I'm not so fussed about the 'Scares' I mean do games actually scare anyone now a days? Would be nice to see some proper puzzling make a come back and the whole run and gun thing is fine as long there is still a big emphasis on survival ...as, lets be honest can give you the greatest feeling of tension and fear

From what I've played the demo is amazing.I've only played the Leon demo (there's 3 separate demos including one for chris) it was tense as f**k and had more then a couple of crap-in-your-pants moments.I won't give too much away for people waiting for the full game but there's one scene in which you are stuck in an elevator with no lights and you can hear the munching of brains.......creeped me out.

This is now a must buy for me. Co-op late at night with the surround sound turned up will be epic.
