John Carter tops the list.

I sort of enjoyed parts of Prometheus, but I'll still add it to the list.

Agree with you there, watched it on Friday, thought it was terrible.

I wish I knew. I honestly think it's the worst film I've ever wasted my money on, even worse than John Carter.

A tie between Battleship and Haywire, can't believe nobody has mentioned these so far.

I haven't seen either, nobody I know had a good word to say about these films, figured I'd save my money.

It's rare that I have only bad things to say about a film and even rarer that I switch off midway through, but last night I found myself watching 'Extremely Loud and incredibly Close'. Wow. What a pile of s**t.

How this travesty got nominated for Best Picture at the Oscars is beyond me. The use of 9/11 was unnecessary, and Oskar (the main character) was the most irritating and unlikeable character I've ever had the misfortune to watch on screen.

And you thought it might be good?

I just watched the Brit horror The Task. Terrible, terrible movie. Looks cheap, and the faux American accents are pathetic.

Dark Shadows was a complete let down. One of the worst Johnny Depp / Tim Burton films I've ever seen.

Prometheus. It had too many endings, everytime I thought it was going to end it just carried on going, was so bored

The Amityville Haunting.

If you think you've seen some truly terrible "found footage" horror films, you haven't seen the worst until you subject yourself to this ...
The acting is abysmal, the effects are poor, the characters are irritating ...
Gah! Why did I have hopes for it, especially when it came from "The Asylum" film group?

Just to add controversy as well ...
I hated "Drive"!
Talky and pretentious. A whole lot of nothing in my opinion.
As somebody said (and I agree) of the Hunger Games ... Why the praise?

Snow White and the Huntsman - my god what an overhyped, overly expensive piece of garbage - good money was spent on the special effects that should have gone on the script. Once again (IMO) a script was tailored around the limitations of the lead actress - who, with the exception of the final rousing** monologue had hardly any lines at all - and those she did have were not very long (similar to the part Rihanna had in Battleship). I tried to be objective whilst watching it since I don't believe KS is even a good actress, nevermind the best in Hollywood today, but unfortunately, the one expression she perfected in Twilight, she used to great effect in this film whether the scene required it or not. Charlize looked to be having a great time, giving her all and still looking fabulous, but this movie is crap enough for me to want to watch Battleship or even John Carter again!

** please read with raised eyebrows and listen for my incredulous tone, since it was so far from rousing as to be ridiculous and, just bad.

The Hunger Games - garbage .

Going to a private screening of the new Spiderman on Sunday night, hate that Garfield bloke and the Gwen Stacy role seems to be acted by the weirdest faced actress to appear on screen since the gruesome twosome that is Watson & Mulligan. So i know i'm going to hate that.

My vote goes to 'The Dictator'. The only parts I laughed at were the Kim Jong Il dedication at the start and the helicopter scene with the American tourists.

I never go to the cinema, and very rarely watch movi...films on TV.

Friday night I decided, for once, to get a tinny or two out of the fridge and watch, on TV, the re-make of The Day The Earth Stood Still (round about 2008) as the original was a classic.

Now renamed The Night My Brain Stood Still. After 15 minutes I'd given up the will to live, but decided to carry on as it was so pathetic I didn't have the heart to turn it off.

If that's the best Hollywood can come up with, it's no wonder peeps want to download pirated films, who'd want to pay for that garbage?

In fact, I think I'll send the company (who was it...please name and shame) a large bill for compensation for nearly two hours of my life I won't get back.

30 days of night dark days

Hostel 3

Both should be avoided.

The Women in Black was one of my favorites, can't believe you guys are listing it.
