This website is advertised in various different magazines so you would think it is trustworthy. However, I ordered two items from there and sent them back. Yet, a month later I am still waiting for my refund, they have not answered any of my calls or voicemails that I left. They are also ignoring my emails but can send me advertisements telling me their products are on sale!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! So I have lost £33. Just a warning to you all if anyone is ordering from here!

I used my credit card, I am going to write a letter to them seen as though they are not answering any of my calls or emails, if no respond within 28 days I will seek legal requirements. I just think it is disgusting because they are emailing me everyday with offers yet they cant reply. Unbelieveable!! Just like to make you all aware as I am very angry with this situation! especially with it being in magazines!
