Murray to be second on Centre Court tomorrow after Federer, so probably around 4.30/5. Could cause havoc with the BBC News at Six and Regional News as they will most likely keep it on BBC One with it being a quarter final.
Then on the Friday Tennis finished at 8, EastEnders was shown followed by Regional News at 8.30. I think tomorrow the Regional News will be delayed with 8pm being the latest start time. If the Tennis continues after 8 then it'll be on at 10.25 I think. |

I reckon it will be a hit, as ITV's legendary PR operation and a decent amount of advertising on the streets rolls into operation. It also has a free run against a 31 year old film repeat.
I think 7m, and it might actually rate better than latter episodes of The Voice over its run. Which would be ironic... |

Last year if I remember correctly the Regional News was moved to 10.25 (a 20 minute programme) with a 5 minute update after the Tennis. News at Six was moved to BBC2.

ITV Media quite harsh on Undercover Boss I thought saying it struggled. I tend to think it did quite well and held its own against the other factual opposition.

So I think C4 might be a bit disappointed with that peformance. Excluding +1, total terrestrial viewing in the 9pm hour was 13.22m (57.2%) last year, 11.08m (48.6%) last night. People are apparently more willing to seek alternatives now. |

ITV2 (inc +1) 21:00 - Hell’s Kitchen USA: 0.6m (2.6%) It was purely by chance I spotted it on the EPG just now as they don't normally split it across two nights. |

Yes because ITV's legendary PR operation always results in a hit *cough* Daybreak *cough*...
ITV are very good at promoting their talent show portfolio, and this has the benefit of being a successful BBC1 franchise being transferred across. I genuinely think it will do well. |

No. The brand leader in football is Sky Sports (at least for real football fans). The BBC is an after thought in live football now.
ITV competes well versus Sky Sports. |

Also a final Euro 2012 ratings update: So in terms of overnights only, the 3h45min coverage of England v Italy was watched on average by 35.5% of all ABC1 adults, 30.6% of all 18-49s, 27.5% of all 16-34s and (most surprisingly) 30.3% of all housewives with children! The Wimbledon night matches were the most upmarket broadcasts in that list - 63% skewed to the ABC1 demo on Friday for Federer, 60% on Saturday for Murray. EDIT: and both tennis matches were slightly female-skewing. Do you have a final update on the Euro 2012 tournament match averages? Thanks. |

It has been damp but very humid and unbearable at times, which is the worst of both worlds as it's hot but the weather is too bad to go out.
